Big Moose, dark roast, a specialty single origin coffee from Peru. A very smooth dark roast favorite with notes of cocoa and almonds.

Black Bear, medium roast, a specialty single origin coffee from the island of Sumatra. Fresh roasted with notes of bakers chocolate and a syrupy body.

Chickadee, decaf, a specialty single origin coffee from Columbia. The perfect evening dessert coffee. Buttery with notes of chocolate.

Wildernessmedium roast, Mexican Arabica with natural flavor notes of orange, milk chocolate and brown sugar.  

Wild Island, light roast, a specialty single origin coffee from Guatemala. Fruity and fresh with notes of cherry, honey and orange.

All coffees are 100% Arabica beans, organic and fair trade. Roasted and blended by Wild Life Coffee, in Bangor, Maine.  They are 12 ounce bags.

    Nice cocoa flavor, not bitter. Consensus among the tasters was that it was "very good". I would choose it as a back UP.
