This basket is so pretty, the weaving is precise and interesting. The reeds have been dyed violet and sage green.
The wooden base of the wagon is 6 inches square, and it opens to 9 inches square, and is 5 1/2 inches tall.
Pat Huckins is based in Greenville, on Prong Pond, and has been weaving baskets for many years. She learned to weave at a class in Hallowell and has enjoyed it ever since. She has taught many classes in the past and her favorite student and fellow weaver is her nephew Levi.
